Features
Using this product brings several technical and economic benefits to your vehicle, distinguishing it from other similar products:
- Safe and Standard Formulation: Safe for oxygen sensors and catalytic converters (Catalytic Converter Safe).
- Fast-Acting and Deep Penetration: Instantly dissolves stickiness, gum, varnish, and hardened carbon deposits.
- Significant Engine Performance Improvement: Enhances vehicle acceleration, ensures smoother engine operation, and eliminates rough idling.
- Reduced Fuel Consumption and Emissions: By correcting the fuel spray pattern, combustion becomes more complete, reducing the emission of toxic exhaust gases.
- Easy to Use: Ergonomic spray design with a special straw for precisely directing the fluid into inaccessible areas.
Prevention of Part Wear: With regular cleaning, the lifespan of fuel injectors and the IAC valve is significantly increased.
Applications:
Thanks to its multi-purpose formulation, Maple Max Injector Cleaner can be used in various parts of the combustion and fuel systems. The primary applications include:
- Cleaning and Descaling Fuel Injectors: Complete clearing of the fuel injection pathways.
- Cleaning the Throttle Body: Removing sticking and contamination from the throttle plate to regulate air intake.
- Cleaning the Carburetor System: Suitable for washing jets, internal passages, and the external surface of carburetors in older vehicles and motorcycles.
- Cleaning the Intake Manifold and Idle Air Control (IAC) Valve: Removing soot and grease that cause engine RPM fluctuations (unwarranted revving).
- Cleaning Valves and the Combustion Chamber: Eliminating carbon deposits that cause engine knock.
How to Use:
To achieve the best results and prevent damage to components, follow these steps carefully:
- Preparation: First, turn off the engine and allow it to cool down partially.
- Opening the Pathway: Disconnect the air intake hose attached to the throttle body to access the throttle plate.
- Initial Spraying: Attach the special straw to the spray nozzle and apply some Maple Max Injector Cleaner onto the throttle plate, walls, and IAC valve. Let it sit for a few minutes to soften the deposits.
- Starting the Engine: Start the vehicle’s engine (the vehicle may start with a slight delay due to the fluid entering the system, which is normal).
- Completing the Wash: While the engine is running, manually open the throttle to increase the RPM (around 20002000 to 30003000 RPM) while simultaneously spraying the fluid into the throttle body. Continue this until it is completely clean and the dissolved soot exits the exhaust.
- Reassembly: Once finished, turn off the engine and carefully secure the air intake hose back in its place.
Note: For a professional cleaning of fuel injectors, it is recommended to use specialized injector cleaning machines with this solution at auto repair shops.

Expiration Date:
As printed on the product can. Store in a dry place at a temperature of +5°C to +25°C.
Special Note:
Given the chemical composition and pressurized structure of the spray, observing the following points is mandatory:
- Highly Flammable: This spray contains highly flammable substances. Never spray near open flames, sparks, or extremely hot components (such as a fully heated exhaust manifold).
- Eye and Skin Protection: In case of contact with the eyes, flush immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Wearing work gloves and safety glasses is recommended.
- Damage to Vehicle Paint: This solution is a powerful solvent; be careful not to spill it on the vehicle’s body paint or decorative plastic parts. If contact occurs, wash immediately with water.
- Storage Conditions: The spray can is pressurized. Store it at temperatures below 5050°C, away from direct sunlight, and out of reach of children.
- Adequate Ventilation: Perform the cleaning operation outdoors or in a highly ventilated area to avoid inhaling the emitted fumes.
