Features:
- Non-Staining: Special solvent-free formulation that prevents discoloration and halo effects on marble edges.
- Extreme Adhesion Strength: Highly durable bond to various building materials without the need for a primer on most surfaces.
- Permanent Elasticity & Flexibility: Excellent resistance to vibration, structural stress, and temperature fluctuations (expansion and contraction).
- Weather & UV Resistant: High durability against ultraviolet rays, snow, rain, and harsh weather conditions.
- Paintable: Once fully cured, the sealant surface can be painted with water-based and other standard paints.
- Shrinkage-Free: Does not experience volume loss or cracking after injection and curing.
Applications:
- Natural Stone Installation: Ideal for installing marble, granite, travertine, and limestone in interior and exterior building facades.
- Stone Facade Sealing: Filling and waterproofing expansion and control joints in flooring and stone facades.
- Bonding Stone to Other Materials: Powerful adhesion of stone pieces to concrete, brick, metal, wood, and glass surfaces.
- Decoration & Sculpting Industries: Suitable for manufacturing and assembling stone artifacts, kitchen countertops, and marble washbasins.
- Sealing Moisture-Prone Joints: Used in bathrooms, around swimming pools, and wet areas due to its high water resistance.
How to Use:
- Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are completely clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, grease, rust, and loose particles.
- Adhesive Preparation: Cut the end of the sausage pack with a sharp tool.
- Gun Loading: Insert the sealant into a dedicated sausage sealant gun and attach the nozzle. Cut the nozzle tip at a 45-degree angle, matching the joint width.
- Injection: Apply the sealant in a linear or zigzag pattern. For sealing, inject the sealant into the joint with uniform pressure until fully packed.
- Tooling & Cleaning: For a neat finish, smooth the sealant surface immediately after application (before skin formation) using a spatula or a finger dipped in mild soapy water. Remove excess adhesive with a suitable solvent before it cures.

Expiration Date:
As printed on the product can. Store in a dry place at a temperature of +5°C to +25°C.
Special Note:
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place (between 5°C and 25°C), away from direct sunlight and humidity.
- Curing Time: Initial skin formation time is typically 45 to 60 minutes. Deep curing depends on humidity, temperature, and joint depth (average 2 to 3 mm per 24 hours).
- Safety: Wear safety gloves and goggles during application. In case of skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water. Apply in well-ventilated areas.
- Limitations: Not recommended for continuously submerged surfaces or specific plastics (e.g., Teflon, Polyethylene, Polypropylene) without a specific primer.
